Awarded Brazilian FPSO mooring contract

Yinson  has awarded Incus-owned Scana Offshore AS a contract to supply a mooring system to the FPSO Anna Nery project.

The delivery consists of 22 dual axis chain stoppers and four chain handling systems. The FPSO Anna Nery will be converted  in Qidong, China. Integration of the mooring system will be performed at the shipyard.

This is Scana Offshore’s third mooring equipment contract to Yinson.

Over the last years Scana Offshore AS has worked closely with Yinson to develop robust and cost-effective mooring solutions. This is the first contract for a Brazilian FPSO and an important breakthrough for the company.

The FPSO Anna Nery project starts immediately.
